Please note: If no teeth photos are sent, you WILL be ignored. 

You are required to get a cleaning and fill any cavities if present with your dental provider before the service date. Failure to do so will be your own negligence.

Meaning I’ll come to you. Otherwise I’ll rent somewhere at an extra fee. Outside services of the GTA are also an extra fee. You must provide a clean, animal free environment and no distractions. Otherwise, please choose the second option.
